Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.
By Booking an appointment at Cassandra's Bay Styles, you agree to the following terms:

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Any cancellations or reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee equal to 25% of the total booked service.

2. No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the total service booked.

3. Late Arrivals
If you are more then 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your service. In this case, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the 50% fee will apply.
